Duke loses chance to upset Louisville on dodgy roughing the kicker call

The Blue Devils recorded two tackles for loss to set up a 46-yard field goal for Louisville kicker Evan O'Hara. O'Hara missed the kick wide left, but Duke cornerback Breon Borders was flagged for a roughing the kicker penalty.
