Obama's state of the union address: 5 hopes likely to be dashed

U.S. President Barack Obama said he wanted to "focus less on a checklist of proposals" in this year's state of the union address. Still, there were plenty of proposals put forward. But with a Republican-controlled Congress, most of those wishes may be near impossible to achieve.
