Lufthansa boss says Germanwings crash evidence ‘beyond worst nightmare’

Lufthansa Chief Executive Carsten Spohr said Thursday he was "stunned" by suggestions the co-pilot of the jet operated by its Germanwings subsidiary had deliberately crashed the plane.
