Lovie Smith has a lot of work to do if Illinois is going to be 'Chicago's team'

The Illini have to be Chicago’s team, because right now a lot other schools can make that argument. Northwestern, Notre Dame, Michigan State and Michigan have a lot of alumni and a recruiting footprint there.
